Shelly Noack
Shelly Noack
After being introduced to Pilates in 2017, Shelly fell in love with the method and the benefits that it has brought to her body and everyday life.

After many years of encouraging friends and family to give Pilates a try, her fellow instructors Kate and Di suggested she consider becoming an instructor herself. Shelly proudly holds a Diploma with Polestar Pilates.

Outside of the studio you can find Shelly living an active lifestyle. Whether that’s going to the gym, walking outdoors or knee boarding at the river.

She is passionate about looking after your body now (whatever your age) so that you can age with vitality and get the most out of your body. As Joseph Pilates quotes “If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old; If it is completely flexible at 60, you are young.”

Shelly looks forward to seeing you in class where you too can discover the benefits of Pilates yourself.
