One door closes – another door opens…..

COVID19 lockdown in March 2020 brought a welcome opportunity to work with international cycling brand Rapha and teach a series of virtual Pilates classes, designed specifically for cyclists to their international Rapha Cycling Club.

It was so much fun, that I went on to do a second series of 5 classes.

And here they are; a gift from me to cyclists wishing to improve their cycling, their mobility, their core strength, their flexibility and improved movement to complement their cycling.

Each class is 45 minutes in length. I recommend doing the classes in order, up to three of each class each week and then progress to the next class.
